Outside of work

I have a 9-year-old daughter, so I spend a lot of time going on adventures with her. I also love going to the gym in the morning before work to kickstart my day! I love spending time with friends and family too!

Julie on ACR

Having worked in the Cambridgeshire Recruitment market for 30 years, along with a couple of others ACR/Anne Corder is one that I always associate with professionalism and a great culture.

With over five years’ experience in recruitment, I began my career as a Branch Administrator before progressing into a Resourcer role. During this time, I’ve built strong expertise in temporary recruitment and resourcing, payroll and timesheet management, and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.

What I enjoy most is supporting candidates throughout their journey, right from their initial registration through to securing their perfect placement. There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing someone thrive in a role that’s the right fit for them.

In my previous roles, I’ve partnered closely with clients to place candidates into temporary positions, many of which have successfully transitioned into permanent roles. Knowing I’ve helped create that long-term match is one of the most satisfying parts of what I do.
