We are supporting a respected UKAS-accredited consultancy seeking a qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their expanding team. You’ll work across commercial, industrial and domestic sites across London or the South East of England.
What You’ll Be Doing as an Asbestos Surveyor
- Completing Management and Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) surveys across a mix of buildings
- Carrying out bulk sampling in line with UKAS and HSE procedures
- Producing clear, accurate survey reports using industry software (TEAMS, Alpha Tracker etc.)
- Liaising professionally with clients, contractors and site contacts
- Managing your diary with the support of an experienced scheduling and technical team
- BOHS P402 qualification (or RSPH Level 3 Surveying equivalent)
- Proven experience delivering Management and R&D surveys
- Competence in bulk sampling and report writing
- Understanding of UKAS and CAR 2012 compliance requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
