“’Such a hard question – probably The Jungle Book’; I have happy memories of watching this with my kids when they were young and it was my favourite film as a kid too.”

“I really enjoy reading and you will always find me with my nose in a book (or kindle!!) I always wanted to grow up to write fiction….. I also love walking my dog who is my constant companion. Best day out for me would be a long dog walk with loads of friends and family”
Nel on ACR
“I love the fact that we’ve disrupted the traditional sell, sell, sell approach to recruitment and have instead set a new standard that is all about building long-lasting relationships with our clients and candidates. We’re still working with many of them who we first met 25 years ago, which is a testament to the great team we have here and our shared vision and approach. Everyone in the team is very different, but we gel like magic and genuinely all love what we do and how we do it.”

Michelle on ACR
I've always admired ACR for its reputation, built on the loyalty and confidence of both candidates and clients. Joining such a well-regarded and successful agency felt like a natural choice. What I love most about ACR is its perfect balance of tradition and innovation—staying true to values like service and relationships over profit, while embracing cutting-edge technology to stay ahead in the marketplace. It’s this combination that makes ACR such a dynamic and forward-thinking place to work.

The culture and the values at ACR are what truly stands out for me. Candidates and clients are at the forefront of everything we do – no hard to reach targets or KPI’s, meaning we have the time to really get to know our clients and candidates, which enables us to ensure that we are placing the right candidates into the right role and really making a difference to peoples lives.

Sarah-Jane Bond

I have spent the majority of my career working in Operational and Project Management roles. I first worked with ACR about 25 years ago as a candidate. They really do care about providing the best service for their clients and candidates, building genuine relationships with both. The team culture is second to none, everyone supporting and looking out for each other. It is a pleasure to come to work every day.”
