Welder Fabricator (TIG & MIG) Letchworth – Up to £42,000 Plus overtime

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a busy and growing sheet metal and fabrication business based just outside Letchworth. Working across a variety of bespoke fabrication projects, this role would suit a skilled individual who takes pride in producing high-quality work and enjoys working within a fast-paced workshop environment.

The company specialises in precision sheet metal and fabricated products, supplying a wide range of industries with high-quality engineered solutions.

Welder Fabricator (MIG/TIG)’s Key Responsibilities:

· Carrying out MIG and TIG welding on sheet metal and fabricated components including Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild steel

· Reading and working from engineering drawings and technical specifications

· Fabricating, assembling, and finishing metal products to a high standard

· Using workshop machinery and hand tools safely and effectively

· Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required deadlines

Skills & Experience Required as a Welder Fabricator (MIG/TIG):

· Previous experience within a fabrication or sheet metal environment

· Strong MIG and TIG welding experience

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

· Good attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
