Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor
Location: Corby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11pm - 8am
Salary: £35,000 per annum

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a leadership role that makes a real impact? We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Nightshift Supervisor to join our clients growing logistics team in Corby.
As a Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our night-time operations. You'll lead a team, drive performance, and help us achieve key business objectives-all while fostering a safe, positive, and high-performing working environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the nightshift warehouse team to meet daily, weekly, and annual KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and MHE driver standards.
• Support the implementation and improvement of the Warehouse Management System.
• Monitor operations closely to meet customer requirements and take corrective action as needed.
• Assist in managing budgets, reducing costs, and optimising resource use.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, on-time delivery, and team morale.
• Work collaboratively with transport and warehouse management to maximise efficiency.
• Help recruit, train, and retain a capable and motivated team.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a nightshift environment.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, MHE maintenance, and health & safety practices.
• Competent using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyse performance data and implement effective solutions.
