Key responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and effective training sessions to new and existing team members
• Supporting colleagues with coaching, guidance, and ongoing development
• Creating a welcoming and positive learning environment
• Working closely with managers and departments to identify training needs
• Helping maintain training materials, processes, and best practices
• Acting as a go-to support for the wider team, encouraging collaboration and success
• Promoting high standards, confidence, and consistency across the business

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping others succeed and can bring energy and positivity to the role.

You’ll ideally have:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence delivering training or presentations
• A supportive, approachable, and encouraging attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to motivate and engage people at all levels
• A proactive mindset and willingness to support the wider team
• Experience in training, coaching, mentoring
