You will manage all day-to-day operations, from front-of-house hospitality to event support, playing a key part in delivering outstanding experiences for colleagues, clients, and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the welcoming first point of contact, managing the front desk and all visitor sign-in procedures.
- Ensure the showroom is always presented to the highest standard, coordinating cleaning and maintenance.
- Prepare and support meetings, demonstrations, and events, including arranging refreshments and catering.
- Manage product displays, ensuring they are fully stocked, tidy, and current.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and collaborate with marketing to keep all brochures and digital displays updated.
- Oversee the showroom booking schedule and communicate details to all users.
- Conduct routine checks on appliances and technology, reporting any faults and ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor and maintain AV and presentation equipment, providing basic troubleshooting.
- Provide logistical support for showroom-hosted marketing and sales initiatives.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with a superb eye for detail.
- A proactive and resourceful attitude, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A professional and friendly demeanour.
- Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer service, hospitality, or a showroom/environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- A hands-on approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
