As a Technical Trainer you will be:
- Delivering structured, site-based technical training to apprentices and trainees in the water sector
- Supporting learners with both theoretical and practical development across a range of engineering disciplines
- Travelling to sites across the UK – typically staying away 2 weeks out of every 4 (we plan in advance and minimise travel wherever possible)
- Playing a key role in shaping the skills and safety awareness of tomorrow’s workforce
- A solid engineering background – ideally mechanical, electrical, or process – within the water industry
- Excellent communication and people skills – you’ll be a natural at making technical content accessible and engaging
- Previous training or mentoring experience is a bonus, but full training will be given
- A flexible, proactive approach and willingness to travel as part of your working routine
