Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site Supervisor                   

Location: Wisbech  

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Van, Fuel Card, Laptop, Phone & Annual Bonus

As part of the company’s ongoing growth plans, we are looking to appoint an experienced Site Supervisor to join a property maintenance, fit-out and refurbishment team operating within a 50-mile radius of Wisbech. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing project delivery, ensuring all works are completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget across a mix of residential and commercial projects.

Site Supervisor’s Key Responsibilities:

·       Supervise and coordinate site-based teams across multiple projects

·       Ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

·       Act as the key point of contact for operatives, subcontractors, and clients

·       Carry out site inspections, snagging, and quality checks

·       Ensure health & safety compliance across all projects

·       Manage materials, schedules, and job progress

·       Provide excellent customer service within occupied properties

Skills & Experience Required as a Site Supervisor:

·       Proven experience as a Supervisor or Site Manager within property maintenance or social housing

·       Strong background in planned works (kitchens, bathrooms, heating, refurbishments)

·       Ability to manage multiple jobs and teams in a field-based environment

·       Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards

·       Strong communication and organisational skills

·       Trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, multi-trade) highly desirable
