Shift Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate your team to run safe, efficient production shifts.
- Monitor machinery and processes, fixing or escalating issues quickly.
- Work with engineering to minimise downtime and plan maintenance.
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
- Drive improvements in performance, training, and communication across shifts.
Skills & Experience Required as a Shift Manager:
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing or processing environment.
- Proven ability to motivate and develop teams across production and maintenance.
- Strong, clear communicator who can lead a team.
- Own Transport and Driving Licence due to location
- Committed to safety and keeping standards high on every shift.
- Able to work shift pattern of 4 on 4 off - nights and days rotating
- Competitive salary of £50-55k and company pension scheme.
