Sales Administrator – Permanent
Location: Papworth
Pay: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, fully onsite + 1 Sat per month

Our client is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis, starting immediately.
In this varied role, you’ll play a key part in keeping sales operations running smoothly from processing orders to providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative duties and customer queries
• Process orders, delivery notes, and invoices accurately
• Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and warehouse staff to ensure timely dispatch
• Handle phone and email enquiries swiftly and accurately
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency with basic IT systems (Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks

Schedule:

• 5 days per week, Monday-Friday
• One Saturday per month
• 8:30am – 5pm (Includes 30 mins lunch break, timing is flexible)
