Responsibilities but not limited to:

• Building and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients  

• Proactively generating new business through outbound calls and lead generation  

• Managing and growing a pipeline of opportunities  

• Delivering engaging sales pitches over the phone and in person  

• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell  

• Working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets  

• Attending occasional client visits to strengthen relationships  

• Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate sales activity  

What We’re Looking For :

• Previous experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role  

• Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills  

• Target-driven with a proactive and resilient mindset  

• Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales activity  

• Highly organised with good attention to detail  

• Strong IT skills including MS Office and CRM systems
