Anne Corder Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing business to recruit a Sales Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, collaborative team where attention to detail and strong organisation skills are key.
This role sits at the heart of the operation, ensuring print orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and delivered to a high standard for both UK and international clients.
The Role:
· Accurately process print sales orders, quotes, and proformas in line with company procedures
· Verify pricing and ensure deadlines are met across all orders
· Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to manage delivery schedules
· Track order progress and ensure timely updates are communicated
· Coordinate artwork approvals with clients, ensuring all amendments are actioned correctly
· Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, order documentation, and filing
· Act as a key point of contact for print-related queries
· Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
· Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing
· Provide general administrative support and assist with departmental cover when required
About You:
· Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
· Experience in a coordination, administration, or order processing role
· Confident communicator, able to liaise with multiple stakeholders
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
· Strong IT skills, ideally with experience using CRM systems
· Proactive, team-oriented, and solutions-focused
