Temporary Receptionist – Full Time (9am–5pm, Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our clients team on a temporary basis, with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

About the Role
You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring the smooth running of our reception and office support functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering incoming calls and directing queries efficiently.
  • Processing customer orders accurately and promptly.
  • Booking travel arrangements (mainly UK train journeys).
  • Ordering stationery and PPE supplies.
  • Preparing and organising teas, coffees, and refreshments.
  • Providing general office support and liaising across all levels of the business.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, approachable manner.
  • Well-presented with a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Organised and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Previous reception or administration experience is desirable.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm
Contract: Temporary (with potential to become permanent)
