Our client is a well-established, family-owned international business with over 40 years of experience, supplying innovative products and solutions across healthcare, hospitality and community markets.


As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join their Contract Manufacturing team in Corby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and organised to take ownership of a varied range of projects, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams, with excellent opportunities for long-term development and progression.


Project Co-ordinator’s Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-ordinating and managing a variety of bespoke and ongoing projects through to successful delivery.
  • Supporting new product introductions and product implementation projects.
  • Managing product range reviews and margin optimisation.
  • Supporting stock management, customer introductions and customer service agreements.
  • Preparing and analysing pricing, sales and profit data to support commercial decision-making.
  • Supporting regulatory and certification projects, ensuring requirements are met.
  • Producing accurate reports, analysis and management information, particularly using Excel.


Skills & Experience Required as a Project Co-ordinator:

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyse and present data effectively.
  • Good commercial and financial awareness, including an understanding of budgets, margins and profitability.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A proactive, flexible and adaptable approach, with a genuine willingness to learn and develop.


Benefits Package:

  • Salary of up to £30k dependent on experience.
  • Discretionary annual performance-related bonus.
  • 28 days' holiday including bank holidays, increasing by 1 day per year of service up to a maximum of 33 days.
