Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Production Supervisor’s Key Responsibilities:

·       Proven experience leading and supervising shopfloor teams, with the ability to drive performance, accountability, and engagement

·       Strong understanding of production processes, including planning, workflow management, and delivering against targets

·       Confident using ERP systems and production data to track performance, maintain accuracy, and support decision-making

·       Solid technical knowledge, with the ability to interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and manufacturing documentation

·       Highly organised and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement across operations

Skills & Experience Required as a Production Supervisor:

·       Demonstrates strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, influence, and develop a team in a fast-paced environment

·       Possesses a hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the confidence to troubleshoot issues and make decisions under pressure

·       Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

·       Strong communication skills, able to engage effectively with colleagues across all levels of the business

·       Self-motivated and proactive, with a genuine drive to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

This is full time permanent role paying between £35,000 - £40,000 dependent upon experience.
