Production Manager – Kings Lynn – £50,000 - £60,000

Working within a fast moving production line this role offers the opportunity for a Production Manager to have the autonomy to shape the role around their experience whilst also bringing fresh ideas to the business.
Production Manager’s Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and train a team of high performing production staff to ensure that the line runs smoothly whilst reducing waste and driving production efficiency
- Oversee the Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies, promoting a zero-incident production culture
- Lead daily production operations to include shift meetings, production reports and completing audits where appropriate
- Address any team performance issues in a timely, fair and consistent manger to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Skills & Experience Required as a Production Manager:
- Previous experience working as a Production Manager, Production Supervisor or Team Leader within a manufacturing environment
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to budget and run cost saving projects
- Must have the full right to work in the UK
Engineering Manager Benefits Package:
- Starting salary of between £55,000 - £70,000 PA dependent upon experience
