Working as part of a dedicated process engineering team, you will operate in a fast-paced, problem-solving and continuous improvement environment. The role involves working across plant, equipment and control room operations to ensure the factory consistently meets quality, compliance and performance standards.
 
Process Technician’s Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor plant and process equipment to ensure production runs safely, efficiently, and within defined quality and performance parameters
• Analyse operational data and process performance, identifying opportunities to optimise throughput, energy usage, and product quality
• Diagnose and resolve operational issues using technical knowledge and structured fault-finding techniques to maintain continuous production
• Carry out minor engineering maintenance and repairs on plant equipment while supporting safe start-ups, shutdowns, and routine operations
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, efficiency, and environmental performance

Skills & Experience Required as a Process Technician:

• Experience working within a manufacturing, processing, or heavy industrial environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults and identify effective solution
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively
• Practical technical understanding of plant operations, machinery, or manufacturing processes
