Powder Coating Operative – Baldock – Up to £38k Plus overtime

Powder Coating Operative Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare metal components to a high standard ready for powder coating
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised powder coating and workshop environment
• Handle and move finished products carefully to protect quality
• Assist across the workshop with general labouring and production tasks
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Work closely with colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines

Skills & Experience Required as a Powder Coating Operative

• Experience in a workshop, manufacturing, or production environment is beneficial but not essential
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling finished materials
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Good work ethic and pride in maintaining high standards
