Anne Corder Recruitment is partnering with a well-established UK business to recruit a Portfolio Lead to manage a portfolio on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
  
This role will suit someone commercially minded who enjoys owning a product portfolio end-to-end, working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to drive performance, innovation, and growth.
  
The Role:

• Lead and manage a defined retail product portfolio
• Own portfolio strategy, supplier relationships, and pricing negotiations
• Manage new product development and product lifecycle activity
• Support product launches and commercialisation with customers
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and benchmarking
• Work cross-functionally with sales, technical, marketing, and supply teams
• Support tenders, reporting, and portfolio roadmaps

About You:

• Experience in portfolio, category, or product management
• Strong commercial and supplier negotiation skills
• Confident working with multiple stakeholders
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Background in FMCG, retail, or similar product-led environments preferred
