Key Responsibilities of People Services Co-ordinator
- Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries, providing timely, solutions-focused support.
- Deliver core People processes including onboarding, recruitment support, payroll coordination, and lifecycle administration.
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee data within HR systems.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to ensure smooth process delivery.
- Produce accurate reports and insights to support decision-making.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent communication and customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of core HR processes, employment law, and GDPR.
- Experience using HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors or similar).
- Proven background in HR administration or shared services.
