This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful building services company specialising in renewable energy solutions and refurbishment projects. This business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality works with a commitment to client satisfaction at its core. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational performance, leading on project delivery and helping shape the future growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple renewable and refurbishment projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to a high standard
• Managing and coordinating tradespeople, subcontractors and site teams to maximise productivity and efficiency
• Implementing and improving operational processes, systems and compliance procedures
• Acting as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong relationships and high levels of customer satisfaction
• Supporting business growth through resource planning, reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience in an operations, site management or project management role within building services, construction or renewable energy sectors
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams further
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
• Good understanding of health & safety regulations, compliance and industry standards
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to sites as required
Benefits Package:
• Starting salary between £50,000 – £60,000 (depending on experience)
