What You’ll be doing as HR & Office Administrator
- Provide administrative support to the HR department and site operations.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring full compliance.
- Prepare employment documents, contracts, and letters.
- Support recruitment activities, from scheduling interviews to maintaining records.
- Assist with training administration and apprenticeship programmes.
- Maintain confidentiality and GDPR compliance at all times.
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Administrator, ideally within HR.
- Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail.
- A flexible and proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Confident using digital tools, Microsoft Office, and HR systems.
