Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR, office operations, and administrative functions. The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our clients team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in supporting HR, office operations, and administrative functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the role and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, and offboarding.
- Maintain HR records, track absences, and ensure GDPR compliance.
- Lead recruitment processes, liaise with agencies, and coordinate interviews.
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries and people matters.
- Organise company training, meetings, and events.
- Oversee office supplies, refreshments, and health & safety compliance (including fire safety checks).
- Support the Purchasing Coordinator and manage equipment allocation.
- Act as administrator for the Private Healthcare Scheme.
- Proven experience in an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role.
- GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) in English; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, energetic attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
