As the business continues to diversify and invest, they’re looking for a hands‑on Management Accountant who can turn numbers into insight and help steer commercial decisions.

What you’ll be doing

• Building strong relationships across departments to understand revenue drivers and cost pressures.
• Preparing monthly management accounts, cash‑flow forecasts, KPI dashboards and budget‑vs‑actual analysis.
• Owning balance‑sheet reconciliations and subscription‑revenue accuracy.
• Reviewing VAT returns and running the monthly payroll.
• Producing clear financial and non‑financial MI for senior management.
• Supporting the Group Accountant at year end and liaising with external auditors.
• Coaching and developing junior finance team members.

What we’re looking for

• AAT, ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with solid experience).
• Confident in payroll processing and VAT compliance.
• Comfortable with Sage (or similar ERP) and advanced Excel.
• A natural communicator who can flex between detailed analysis and big‑picture storytelling.
• A proactive, “see‑it‑fix‑it” approach and the desire to keep improving processes.
