Management Accountant

I am delighted to be partnering with a well renowned global business in recruiting for their new Management Accountant.

Reporting to the Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with operational teams to provide meaningful financial insights, support decision-making, and help drive continuous improvement across the business. About You

• You'll need to be either a qualified or finalist accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• You'll have experience with finance systems such as Oracle EBS or Hyperion
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical ability with a commercial mindset and understanding of key business drivers
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across teams

Key Responsibilities

• Cost reporting, providing clear and actionable insights
• Partnering with operational teams to enhance understanding of financial performance
• Produce and manage daily productivity and spend reporting
• Lead month end close including accruals and prepayments
• Support financial control activities, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting and financial processes
• Line manage and develop a junior team member
