Maintenance Engineer

Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Peterborough – up to £52K pa DOE
 
We’re working with a fast-growing FMCG manufacturer in Peterborough who are expanding their engineering team. They’re looking for two Maintenance Engineers – either multi-skilled, electrically biased, or mechanically biased – to support their shift operations.
 
If you're hands-on, proactive, and love solving technical challenges, this could be the perfect move.
 
What you’ll be doing:

• Planned and reactive maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
• Quick fault-finding and repairs to minimise downtime
• General site and facilities maintenance
• Logging work via CMMS system
• Working a 2’s and 3’s shift pattern (occasional night shifts and call-outs)

What you’ll need:

• MUST HAVE WORKING EXPERIENCE in either multi-skilled, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
• Ability to fault-find and repair in your area of specialism
• A self-motivated approach and confidence working independently
• Flexibility to work shifts and travel locally if required
• Full UK driving license and own transport
