About the Role
Working as part of a small and collaborative sales and marketing team, your role will focus on calling UK-based manufacturers to identify and qualify opportunities for the wider sales team to follow up on.

About the Role
Working as part of a small and collaborative sales and marketing team, your role will focus on calling UK-based manufacturers to identify and qualify opportunities for the wider sales team to follow up on.
Your core focus will be:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls each day (typically between 75–100).
- Identifying whether prospects are users and manufacture within the UK.
- Introducing the business in a professional and engaging way.
- Capturing accurate data and passing qualified leads to the sales team.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a lead generation, telesales, or outbound calling role.
- Excellent communication skills – clear, confident, and professional.
- A resilient and positive approach to handling high call volumes.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Salary: £28,000 per annum
- Performance-based commission scheme (post-probation)
- 24 days holiday + bank holidays
- Additional holiday for length of service
- Company pension scheme (post-probation)
- Full-time, permanent role – office based in Peterborough
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
