Internal Sales

Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 + Bonus & Commission (post-probation)

ACR, Anne Corder Recruitment, are working with a well-established, growing business in Peterborough who are looking to hire an experienced Internal Sales professional.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced internal sales role combining account management, sales growth, and new business development.

You’ll be responsible for managing existing customers, identifying new opportunities, and promoting a broad portfolio of technical power supply solutions.

The Role

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Proactively generate new business opportunities
• Drive revenue through consultative internal sales activity
• Sell both standard products and solution-based offerings
• Build strong customer relationships
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Support wider sales initiatives and customer engagement

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in internal sales, sales, or account management
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Strong commercial awareness
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

•  Engineering or technical background
•  Experience selling technical or component-based products
