Industrial Cleaner

Our client is looking for two hardworking and reliable Industrial Cleaners to join their busy operation in Wells-next-the-Sea on a 6-month temporary contract. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced industrial environment, ideal for candidates who are comfortable with physical work and enjoy being part of a hardworking team. The role offers consistent hours, overtime opportunities, full PPE provided, and the chance to start immediately.

Industrial Cleaner – Wells-next-the-Sea – 6 month contract working to an annual salary of £32,000 + Overtime avaiable

Industrial Cleaner’s Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out industrial cleaning duties across the industrial factory facility
• Supporting with occasional tipping bag and operational duties
• Cleaning office areas and maintaining site cleanliness standards
• Reporting any maintenance or safety issues to management
• Assisting with overtime tipping-in duties when required

Skills & Experience Required as an Industrial Cleaner:

• Previous industrial cleaning is advantageous
• Comfortable working in dusty, hot, and physically demanding environments
• Forklift Truck (FLT) licence would be beneficial but is not essential
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well within a team and follow health & safety procedures

Benefits Package:

• 6-month temporary contract
• Monday to Thursday 7:00am – 5:00pm and Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Overtime available

• 1-day refresher training course provided
• Immediate starts available
