HR Business Partner

Welcoming in the New Year, I am pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to join a leading manufacturing business based in Peterborough. My client is keen to find a talented HR Business Partner to join their dynamic and growing team. This 12-month contract role offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a friendly, supportive environment where your expertise and passion for people management will be recognised and appreciated. 

This is a full time opportunity, however, reduced hours would be considered over 4 days for the right candidate. 
The role will require you to work in the office predominantly, with some flexibility if required.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with managers to provide strategic HR support and drive employee engagement
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR systems and data management
• Embrace the challenge of navigating complex employee relations issues with empathy and professionalism

Preferred Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR generalist role, supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of employment law and the ability to navigate complex ER cases with tact and diplomacy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
• Proficient in HR systems and data management, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
• Passionate about employee engagement and driving positive change within an organisation

Preferred Qualifications:

• CIPD-qualified or equivalent HR qualification
• Experience in the manufacturing or production sector, with a deep understanding of the industry's HR challenges
• Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
