This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR/People professional who enjoys partnering with managers, leading employee relations activity, and helping shape a positive, high-performing culture.
In this key role, you’ll act as a trusted HR Advisor across multiple sites, working closely with the senior People lead.

- Coach and advise line managers on best practice people management
- Support change initiatives and organisational development activity
- Develop, review and implement people policies and processes
- Contribute to engagement, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
What We’re Looking For – HR Advisor
- Proven experience in a People Partner / HR Advisory / ER-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Confidence managing complex employee relations cases end-to-end
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- A calm, solutions-focused approach in sensitive situations
- Discretion, professionalism and the ability to build trust quickly
