This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor who enjoys a varied role, working closely with managers and employees to deliver a high-quality, proactive HR service.
The Role
As a HR Advisor, you will support the wider HR function in delivering day-to-day HR operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and consistently across the business. This role offers real variety, covering everything from employee relations through to HR administration and process improvement.
You will play a key role in:
- Providing first-line HR advice to managers and employees
- Supporting recruitment processes, onboarding and induction
- Managing HR documentation and maintaining accurate employee records
- Assisting with employee relations matters including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
- Supporting payroll processes and responding to employee queries
- Maintaining HR systems and ensuring data accuracy
- Assisting with performance reviews, training coordination and HR reporting
About You
To be successful in this HR Advisor role, you will:
- Have previous experience within a HR or People-focused role
- Possess a strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Ideally be CIPD Level 3 qualified (or working towards)
- Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
