What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing high quality administration and reporting support to the HR team
- Responding to general incoming enquiries to the HR department, professionally and efficiently
- Supporting the team with issuing written correspondence where required
- Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process
- Championing compliance with GDPR from a records perspective
- All round IT and administration skills with an excellent knowledge of Excel (including formulas) essential
- Inquisitive, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Highly competent with systems - must be confident and able to pick up new systems quickly
- Confident communication skills
