Group Financial Controller

I’m proud to be exclusively working with a well-established medium sized business in the Ely area to recruit for a Financial Controller. This is a great opportunity to take on a hands-on leadership role within a dynamic SME, playing a pivotal role in driving business partnering and enhancing financial performance across the organisation.

As Financial Controller you will become key part of the Senior Leadership team and manage a small finance team working closely with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve performance and drive business growth.

About You

·      Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACMA or ACCA) – essential

·      Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role within an SME or multi-entity environment.

·      Strong technical knowledge including statutory reporting, VAT, and payroll compliance

·      Experience managing cashflow and working capital across multiple entities

·      Confident communicator with the ability to influence at board level
