We are working on behalf of a valued client to recruit an experienced Group Finance Manager for a well-established business. This is a key role offering real ownership of the finance function and the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership.
The role You will oversee the accounts function, leading a small team and ensuring the group’s financial reporting is accurate, timely and controlled.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring and supporting a small accounts team
- Producing timely and accurate management accounts, with full ownership of month-end and year-end processes
- Managing budgets and cashflow forecasting across the group
- Overseeing VAT returns and statutory reporting requirements
- Managing payroll and key company renewals
- Working closely with external auditors and coordinating the audit process
You will bring:
- Proven experience in a senior finance or accounts role
- Experience managing and developing a small team
- Strong systems knowledge and advanced Excel skills
- Clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
