I'm working with a key client on an exciting opportunity to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner to join a global business and support its Supply Chain and Logistics function.


Working closely with senior operational stakeholders, you will provide financial insight, challenge, and analysis to drive performance, cost efficiency, and working capital improvements. You'll join a large, collaborative Finance team that is fully embedded within the business and plays a key role in strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Supply Chain leadership to support business performance.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for warehousing and distribution costs.
  • Own inventory reporting, provisions, write-offs, and stock performance metrics.
  • Analyse financial performance, identifying risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Support continuous improvement projects across Supply Chain and Finance.
  • Deliver clear financial insight to support operational and strategic decision-making.


About You

  • Experienced Finance Business Partner with strong commercial acumen.
  • Background in manufacturing, FMCG, supply chain, logistics, or a similar operational environment.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), qualified by experience, or still studying.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
