Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow a sales territory in London. This role involves maintaining relationships with existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across foodservice sites, independent cafés, hotels, and pubs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in line with company objectives.
  • Promote and sell a core product range, including new lines and promotional offers.
  • Conduct product sampling and activation activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Manage and monitor stock placement, ensuring agreed planograms are implemented.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights using the internal CRM system.
  • Collaborate with senior sales managers and internal telesales teams to optimise growth.
  • Plan and optimise regional sales trips effectively.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • At least one year of sales experience, preferably in field sales.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A results-driven approach with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade C or above) – essential.
  • A full, clean driving licence is preferred.
