The Role of an Engineering Recruitment Specialist:

As an Engineering Recruitment Specialist, you will take full ownership of your market and play a critical role in our continued success. Responsibilities include:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle across the engineering and technical sector.
• Developing strong, long-term client relationships and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Sourcing, qualifying, and placing engineering professionals across a broad range of levels, from graduate engineers to senior leadership roles.
• Acting as a market expert, providing clients with insight, advice, and intelligence.
• Driving business development through networking, referrals, and proactive client engagement.
