- Deliver high-quality financial advice in accordance with FCA rules and firm procedures
- Maintain accurate records in line with FCA and internal compliance requirements
- Keep up to date with product, technical, and legislative changes
- Comply with the firm’s Training & Competence and Compliance procedures
- Act in line with Consumer Duty principles to support good client outcomes
- Build strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

- A relevant FCA-approved financial qualification
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
