Data Entry Coordinator (Fluent Portuguese & Spanish)
Fully Remote | Temp-to-Perm | £18 per hour

We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Coordinator to join a growing team on a fully remote, temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and a confident telephone manner.
 
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and maintaining data pipelines, ensuring accuracy of information, and contacting existing database contacts to confirm ongoing business interest with partner organisations.
 
This is not a sales role - the position focuses on customer service, data entry, and telephone-based administration.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Collecting and creating data pipelines from existing database lists
  • Verifying and updating information to ensure data accuracy
  • Contacting database contacts to establish interest in further business with partners
  • Maintaining records using internal systems and databases
  • Providing a professional and positive customer service experience
Skills & Experience Required
  • Strong administration and organisational skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Experience working with databases
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
  • Professional and confident telephone manner
Essential Requirements
  • Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written)
  • Own laptop and mobile phone
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
