Job Title Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Hybrid / Peterborough, UK
Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours Monday – Friday (1 Saturday morning every 2-3 months)
Overtime: Available, including bank holidays
Salary: up to £27,000 DOE

The Role
As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with orders and inquiries. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Taking and processing orders on internal systems.
  • Providing regular updates and maintaining communication both internally and externally to ensure seamless order fulfilment.

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communicator – confident speaking over the phone, via email, and other messaging platforms.
  • Attention to detail – comfortable working with numbers and accurate data entry across multiple systems.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
  • Self-motivated with great customer service skills – building strong relationships with our customers is key.
Location & Working Arrangements
Our client offers flexibility with remote working, with an expectation of attending the Peterborough office 1-2 times a week. There is also an opportunity to work from the office full-time if preferred.
