Job Title: Customer Service/Administrator (Part-Time, Temporary)
Location: Oundle
Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: £13 per hour

About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and organised Customer Service/Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary, part-time basis. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients requiring transportation assistance, handling incoming calls, and efficiently allocating drivers to meet their needs.

 Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering customer calls and providing assistance with transportation requests
  • Allocating drivers based on availability and client requirements
  • Planning and optimising travel routes/journeys for efficiency
  • Managing general administrative duties 
  • Ensuring clear communication between clients, drivers, and the team
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Excellent phone manner and customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  • Good problem-solving skills for journey planning
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, databases, etc.)
  • Previous admin or logistics experience
