- Accurately preparing and following up on client quotations and documentation within expected timeframes.
- Preparing detailed costings in Excel to support the company's quotation process.
- Providing outstanding pre-sales and post-sales support to customers.
- Assisting the Projects team with procurement, product sourcing, and essential documentation.
- Ensuring project completion is followed up with customer satisfaction calls and feedback.
- Managing the review and renewal of client maintenance contracts.
- Attending and contributing to sales pipeline meetings, client meetings, and demonstrations.
- Tracking all new business enquiries and leads into the business.
We are seeking a capable and efficient individual who inspires trust and confidence. The ideal candidate will be:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive and driven self-starter, able to take ownership of tasks through to completion.
- An excellent communicator, able to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for preparing costings and analysing data.
- Experienced in a client-facing, sales, or project support role.
