Working for our St Ives based client you will deliver excellent customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls efficiently, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records on internal systems.
  • Escalate issues where necessary to the relevant team/department.
  • Meet personal and team performance targets (call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction).
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Strong communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident using computer systems.
