As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing the full sales lifecycle, and building long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding the company’s client base and driving sustainable revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to :
- Identify, develop, and win new B2B business opportunities
- Manage the full sales process from initial contact through to deal closure
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM systems
- Develop tailored proposals aligned to client needs and commercial objectives
- Build trusted relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions as required
- Track sales activity, performance, and revenue forecasts
You will be a confident and commercially minded sales professional with a strong track record in business development.
Essential:
- Proven experience in B2B business development or sales
- Consistent achievement against revenue targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage and influence decision-makers at all levels
- Self-motivated, organised, and results focused
- Experience within a marketing, professional services, or creative environment
- CRM system experience (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Consultative or solution-led sales approach
- Competitive basic salary
