Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing projects for product launches, promotions and brand campaigns.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with marketing and production stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation specific to marketing initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful marketing project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to marketing leadership and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and best practices in food marketing and advertising.
- Manage change requests, scope adjustments, and problem resolution within the marketing domain.
- Conduct post-project analysis and implement continuous improvement strategies for future marketing campaigns.
- Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in using project management tools
- Proven success in marketing executive or PM role, with a strong grasp of KPIs and performance tracking (B2C experience essential, FMCG preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and risk management abilities.
