We are looking for a Bilingual German/English Customer Service Advisor to join our client's growing team. You’ll play a key role in managing client projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality service and seamless communication.
What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Project Management: Oversee customised product orders from concept to delivery.
✅ Client Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth proof approvals and timely updates.
✅ Design Collaboration: Work closely with our Design Team to develop personalised products that meet client expectations.
✅ Team Coordination: Support the Customer Service Management team to ensure efficient project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Fluency in both German and English (spoken and written).
✔️ 1+ year of customer service experience (preferred).
✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills.
✔️ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively.
