As an Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting projects while being part of a collaborative team ensuring high-quality works are delivered efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Managing day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling tradespeople, dealing with queries and maintaining accurate records
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring clear and professional communication
• Supporting renewable energy and refurbishment projects with documentation, compliance tracking and job progress updates
• Processing invoices, purchase orders and assisting with basic financial administration
• Maintaining internal systems, databases and filing to ensure efficient workflow and audit readiness
Skills & Experience Required as an Administrator:
• 2+ years proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within building services, construction or renewable energy sectors
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with job management systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Full UK driving licence (desirable) and a flexible, team-oriented attitude
Benefits Package:
• Starting salary between £25,000 – £30,000 (depending on experience)
