We’re working with a growing organisation looking to bring in a highly organised Administration Coordinator to support day-to-day service delivery and client engagement.

This is a varied role where you’ll sit at the heart of operations - managing data, coordinating communications, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience for clients.


The Role

You’ll be responsible for keeping things running efficiently behind the scenes, while also acting as a key point of contact for clients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate records using internal systems
  • Handling incoming enquiries and providing timely, professional responses
  • Supporting clients throughout their journey, ensuring a high-quality experience
  • Coordinating administrative processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Preparing documentation, including invoices and tracking outstanding payments
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and data protection standards
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver a seamless service
  • Using digital tools and platforms to support communication and delivery


About You


You’re organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. You enjoy working with people but are equally happy getting stuck into systems and processes.


You'll likely have:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems or similar databases
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Confidence using digital tools and remote communication platforms

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

  • Experience in a client-facing support or coordination role
  • Exposure to compliance or data protection processes
